Fabricio Romano reveal Chelsea have reached an agreement to sign Lukaku. Fabricio Romano has revealed that Chelsea have reached an agreement to sign Inter Milan striker Romelu Lukaku for £97.5 million (115 million euros) by preparing to sign a 5-year contract.
